  1. We also need this, had a customer that didn't see our last emails and left a review saying how excellent the service was but that we never followed up so they only gave us 3 stars. I reached out again and they saw the thread of emails they'd missed and apologised and said they will edit for us because of the confusion but can't. Now we're stuck with a 3-star review that should be a 5-star. I've had to hide it but its not really good enough and should be a standard for reviews to edit or at least lt us respond to explain.

  3. Also having the same issue, it brings through sales for non-subscription products but not the subscription products which is where the majority of our sales come from..
  4. Having the same issue, got e-commerce tracking all set up in GA but it is only bringing through non-subscription orders. Most of our sales are from subscription products..
  5. We have the exact same issue! Need to implement a price increase to our subscription licenses but it only applies to new orders. Also finding the 'New Order' emails an issue for subscription purchases. They are a 'reoccurring order'.. Our team they have to go to extra lengths to find out if its an actual 'new order' or a 'reoccurring order' incase they then send out the same product again. Please can we have some updates on these issues being fixed?

  7. Also having this issue! As I have multiple store pages but the settings have to be the same on each store page, the all have to be set to 4 per row but the page with only 2 products on its to the left and looks so weird!
  8. We are also having this issue, 2 years later, I understand that its good to get a reminder but can't it be worded 'order/subscription renewal' rather than 'new order'. We are using our store for subscription to a digital product, which we send out on the new order and don't have to the following months. The team are just seeing 'new order' and think they have to send another product out. How do I contact Squarespace to make a feature request?
