  1. Turns out this was an issue with Squarespace and their engineers are working on it. Customer service suggested I upload all of my videos to youtube or vimeo, but obviously that was a non starter as I would have had to replace all 17 videos in my course which would have been very time consuming/pain in the ass, etc. I'm hoping this is not going to be a recurring issue with Squarespace. To those of you creating courses, have you found this to be an issue?
  2. HELP! I have a course with 17 videos, each video is anywhere from 4 to 15 minutes long. I have a customer who is experiencing an issue with one of the videos that plays for 2 minutes then stops. There is a circle moving but the video never comes back on. I viewed the same video on the front end of the site and had the same problem. How do I fix this? I am getting new customers daily and this is a serious problem if it is going to happen frequently.
  3. That makes sense and yes it is an installment plan so I was just thrown off by the Squarespace confirmation email which says this "This is payment 1 of 6. There are 5 payments remaining. The payment method the customer provided will be charged next on February 20, 2024 unless the subscription is cancelled." See screenshot to see what it looks like on the back end. Just want to make sure I didn't somehow create a subscription instead of an installment plan. Thanks so much for your help!
  4. I have a digital product/course that has a pay in full option or a pay over 6 month option. In the confirmation email I get from Squarespace after someone purchases the course using the 6 month option, it states the customer was charged the initial payment and will be billed monthly for the next 5 months unless they cancel the subscription. So my question is how do I prevent them from cancelling as they get access immediately to the entire course, so presumably they could finish the course in a matter of hours or days and then just cancel???

  9. I have a client who wants to add a "pay now" button which would then link to another payment site. Would this work??
  10. I fixed it by cutting and pasting from another website and editing info, but I'd still like to know how to do it the correct way. Thanks 🙂
  11. hmm, it still doesn't allow me to have a list without spacing. For each entry under Category it gives a double space. Tried the monospace option, but still too much space. Is there a way to delete the +line to remove the add point?
  12. Yes, same problem but different photo - I'd like for the "We're Moving" to be in between the "About" and "Services" without creating additional space.
