I just figured out the code:

width: 30%;

}
}
This is mine:
#inquiry-section { .form-block .lightbox-handle {
width: 30%;
font-size: 20px;
}
}

Hello @tuanphan
I was able to resolve it using this code on the height of the block
#footer-landing-page {
min-height: 30vh!important;
}
It didn't need any class how foolish of me. 😅 Thank you for extending your help on this. It took me days to figure this out.
