  1. ok thanks for the info - makes sense. So I presume this is also the reason that the link doesn't work when I copy and paste it into the address bar? I do need this particular pdf to be downloadable rather than as page/post - it is a resource for people to takeaway and use but I will bear that idea in mind for future pdf's...
  2. Ohhh... yes this does seem to be working for me now too. Great. Although only if I click on the link (not if I copy & paste it into the address bar? Any idea why that might be? And just to clarify. With this new link including the domain - it still then comes up as the static1.squarespace version in the address bar. Is there a way of changing this or not? Thanks so much for your help.
  3. Hi Paul, Just jumping on this thread as I am struggling with the same problem. From your answer I am taking this to mean I should just be able to swap out the long static1.squarespace with my own domain? If so I don't think this is working... For example - the long link is: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/60a24248d1bdf007a7d6d14f/t/60d5e51a7a26701ad72cfce1/1624630555116/Model+Homeworking+Policy_HWW.pdf If I change this to https://homeworkersww.org.uk/s/Model+Homeworking+Policy_HWW.pdf it doesn't work. I am perhaps misunderstanding what you mean though or maybe there is a step I am missing out - any help appreciated. Thanks, Ishbel
