Struggling with uploading a digital product

Hi, I am having issues while trying to upload a digital product. It is a zipped file that is 95.7MB and it seems to upload up to 47%, then it stops. Am I right to think that the size limit is 300MB? My internet connection is steady, and I am wondering what is going wrong? Can anyone help please? Thank you!
