    Hello Everyone, I am a bit clueless and shocked to see that in customers accounts panel, customers can see their past orders, but not any way to click and download their digital files...…Any possible way to provide them link with each order in their customers account panel???     Hi Awesome community! I want to send my customer a bonus free digital file when they buy a certain amount of stuff... (Digital goods). Is there any way? I know i can set automated email through squarespace email campaign and syncing the digital file in the email through gooogle drive or dropbox..... But I am unable to set the amount of purchase for this automation. Please help, Will really appreciate.

I want to have my customer options to choose the format before buying it.. For example https://annebrightdesigns.com/product/cross-wires/ this is a product where customers are asked to choose the format so the buyer upon buying the design get that specific format in the digital download and not the all the formats. Please help me regarding this. I hope you will come with an awesome solution.

    I did try that before posting this question but actually it makes a category, subcategory by merging it under the category already existed....I think that feature is only to drag and drop for making subcategories .... It didn't allow me to reorder without merging the categories.
