  1. this will work really well! here's an example of what it looks like. how would I insert line breaks into the descriptions so it reads like this below? for example: 18” x 24” (45.7cm x 61cm) Acrylic, Charcoal, Ink, Marker, Oil, Paper, Pastel on Canvas c.2019 ----- per your question, here are links to other pages: landing page: https://www.bengoodmanart.com series ii: https://www.bengoodmanart.com/series-ii birch: https://www.bengoodmanart.com/birch etc. if you tell me how to find the content block ID I think I could figure out copying this code for each gallery. final question, is there a way to ignore this style for mobile only? again, thank you so much!
  2. Thank you so much! This is going to work I just have a few questions. How do I set it up so each gallery can have its own descriptions? When I tried this, the first image in each of the galleries had 'test caption 1' under it, and so on. I'll need to have unique descriptions for each gallery. and if I wanted to play with where the text is aligned, how would I do that? currently it is centered below the images which I don't mind. again, thank you so much!
  3. here's the site landing page: https://www.bengoodmanart.com and here's a link to one of the galleries: https://www.bengoodmanart.com/series-i the same would apply for all pages. I want to be able to create that wells style lower corner description
  4. Site URL: https://www.bengoodmanart.com I've used the wells template in the past and loved the way it would display the image descriptions in the lower left corner. however, when switching to avenue I've noticed that the descriptions are not displayed. I can't find any way to change this. I love the layout of the site in every other way. I attached an image of where id like to be able to place it, in either of the areas indicated with red boxes. please let me know how to set this up! Thank you!

  6. all sorted. thank you!! I do have one other question. is there a way to add a space in between items on the navigation bar? for example if I wanted the list to be broken up in sections...
  7. thank you so much! is there a way to control the sizing? for example some of the images should be displayed as 4:3 and others as 16x9 or 2:1 - right now, no matter the size of the image I use, it displays the exact same size and aspect ratio.
  8. yes that worked! If you could let me know too how you're 'finding the link' that would be helpful as I often update / change links on this site. I'll need to know how to find them in the future! also, where are the images being pulled from? and how can I change the size / aspect ratio if needed? THANK YOU
  9. That is precisely what I'm trying to do. Ideally it would display a gif on hover instead of a single still image but I imagine the method is the same. And yes I have a (formerly 'professional') / business plan and can implement custom coding.
  10. Site URL: https://www.bengoodman.com Hi! I currently have one image in the body area of my site on the main landing page. Each navigation link has a strikethrough on hover. However, I would like to ALSO have the image (or GIF) in the main body change, depending on which link I hover over. Each portfolio link would display a relevant image on hover. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
  11. Hi Tuanphan you helped me recently on my page. www.bengoodman.com/c-v I've decided that I'd like to make ONLY this page full screen by removing the sidebar and title. I've done so with header code injection on the 'CV' page by using the following: <style> #header { display: none; } #site > .wrapper { max-width: 100%; width: 100% !important; padding: 0; } </style> the problem is that there is still empty space where the sidebar/title were. how can I remove that space to the page content takes the full site width, again, ONLY on this 'CV' page. your help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
  12. in fact, never mind! I've decided against the image. thank you for your help
  13. thank you! I've got another question, if you don't mind! how can I disable auto scaling for my info / contact page? I'd like to line the logo up with the text beneath it, but any adjustment of the browser window size ruins it. is there a way to set a threshold so it auto scales but only after being shrunk so far? www.bengoodman.com/info-contact
  14. Site URL: https://www.bengoodman.com/c-v Hi! I've got my site pretty much exactly where I want it. On mobile version, everything looks fine EXCEPT for the "cv" page which becomes a mess with formatting. How can I ignore the mobile version and display desktop version of only this page on mobile devices? If you test that link on mobile you'll see exactly what I mean. Many thanks!
