Hello, I'm trying to customize my menu blocks with a border and a background color. I'm not sure what happened but all of a sudden the background color on my menu blocks has stopped showing up. Does anyone know why the bit of css I'm using has stopped working? The first picture is what it looks like now and the second is what it used to look like.
