Site URL: https://www.mgpokemon.com/ Hello all, I recently started a company that grades and evaluates trading cards like Pokémon, Digimon, Magic, and more. Once these cards are done the are given a serial number for both authentication and data tracking purposes. I am currently keeping track of all cards in a Microsoft excel document with 8 field for each card. I would like to add a search bar to my website that lets people enter any one or multiple of the fields to see the amount of cards graded and what there grades were. This works as a population report and helps people determine the value of their card. For example if someone searches for a card like Pikachu #25/25. They should get a result showing something like Perfect 10- 1 card, Pristine 10- 0 cards, Mint+- 3 cards, and so on. If necessary I will hire someone to build this in the future but I would like to implement a simple version sooner if possible. Thank you for the help.

I am offering a service for people to send trading cards in for grading. They may send between 1 and 50 cards at a time. I need a form that asks for details about that many items. So if they order 5 it asks for 5 of the specified details or if they order 50 I need it to ask for 50 instead. The specifics I need for each entry is Card Name, Card Set, Card Number, and Does This Card Have an Error or Special Mention You Would Like on the Label, ex. Swirl or Holo Bleed.
