Hello there. I'm new to Squarespace and I am struggling with a couple things in the scheduling area.
We are a company that services other companies - not individuals. When setting up my customers to send out my reminders etc. It's insisting that I enter a first and last name. For us this does not exist. Is there any way of changing the heading criteria so that I can set it up for a companies name?
Also how do i ensure the software is communicating with my accounting program so that I don't have to enter new customers in both? If I update in my bookeeping software will it update my contacts in scheduler?
