Blog Post Title Not Showing Correctly When Shared on Linkedin

The attachment below shows the LinkedIn post for the url I've shared above for an individual post with the title of "Hiring For a Returnship Program Takes a Special Recruiting Expertise".

I am having this same issue when I try to embed a URL. Did anyone find a solution?
