Alignment of featured Image to the left for Testimonials

Hello,
I'm looking to align the testimonial photo to the left of the text, instead of above and in the centre.
I used a blog page and featured posts, to create the testimonial sliders. Then used a summary block carousel to create the format of what I currently have. I would like to align the photo to the left, and inline with the text.
I have some css (attached) that I found online to create a circle image, but unsure of where to go next.
