Im not quite sure how to do this, I don't understand why what I've tried so far hasn't worked. But I would like to set it up to where on my site, the main site logo when you hover it plays a gif. Just looking for ways to have subtle bits of personality. Or unexpected interactions. Maybe this isnt a good idea, I could see it potentially be jittery or not hovering cleanly. I want to remove the text-decoration for all, and instead when the link is hovered i'd like the underline to animate in.
