I figured it out, I had to go into the All Prints page, into that specific page and select the pencil icon to change the image aspect ratio.

Can we get a link to the website where this is happening? It may be that the video/element is loading. How large is the video file?

I have injected some code to get the images to contain within 'object-fit' but there are still large empty white spaces above and below the thumbnails.
