Recently when a form submission is triggered, and has an empty "Phone" field, the form is relaying a single "(" character in outbound data. This is confusing some automation chains that depend on recognizing a form field as being empty or "no data". Looking back over logs, this seemed to have started in Oct of 2022.
A. Is this a known issue to anyone else?
B. What can be done (aside from recreating a Form) to suppress this unwanted character relay?
