  1. I am having this exact problem here in February of 2024. The integration works great on desktop and on mobile preview it looks fine but on the live mobile site the Typeform is overlapped by the other content on the page, including content that isn't even in the same section. I have edited for the mobile layout and can't see why this issue would be occurring. @vibeke did you ever find a solution to this? Screenshots attached. The issue occurs after I press start.
  2. Hello! I am trying to figure out how to resolve an issue with the responsive design aspect of a site that I manage. I built this page: https://www.katyoberlecreative.com/media on a 16" Macbook Pro. It looks great on my screen as well as on mobile, but when it is viewed on a smaller laptop screen there are all sorts of issues with text overlapping, rather than dynamically resizing via responsive design, as I expected it would. Attached are screen shots from the client of how this content is appearing on their smaller laptop screen. I am able to produce the same results by dragging my browser screen to be smaller. It eventually switches to the view I see on mobile but in between is riddled with issues. Here is a screen share video: https://www.loom.com/share/c5252883c74d4357a57eb91335d1a147 I don't have any custom code on the page. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to correct it?
  3. @creedon This did seem to help, thank you! I increased the line spacing in the design section of the site to achieve a similar look. Are two spaces between each line something that is known to cause issues?
  4. @creedonThought so and sorry about that! PW has been removed. I thought I had already done that before posting but must not have saved it in my flurry of worry over the spacing issue!
  5. @creedon Thank you for your reply! Not sure if you were asking for a PW or suggesting that it might be the issue. There is no site-wide password in place. There was a PW for this page that I have since removed, but it didn't seem to resolve the issue.
  6. Hello Squarespace "Customize With Code" Forum - I am hoping you all. may be able to help me, as Squarespace support has sent me your way. I am trying to find a code injection that is causing text spacing issues on the following page: https://www.shesingsoutloud.com/sanctuary I am seeing text spacing issues with the text block that begins with "Hey there, luminous one..." and ends with "The first step to work with me in depth is to join". There is a large a 'gap' underneath this text block. I am seeing this on Desktop. On mobile I see a slight issue with the spacing between the text "You just need to be willing to say YES to your desire" and "This is "being ready"." The Squarespace support team advised: "After doing some testing on my end, I found that the issue was resolved when I disabled scripts on the preview version of your site." And recommended that I comb through the code. I have an anchor tag on the page with the following code: <a href="#" id="details" style="visibility: hidden"></a> Removing this and the link to it higher on the page did not resolve the issue. I also have header injection on the page as follows: <style>.header, #footer-sections {display:none!important}</style> I tried removing this as well and it did not resolve the issue. I went and removed any old custom FB pixel that I could find on any existing pages. This seemed to resolve the issue on mobile for the the text block that begins with "Hey there, luminous one..." and ends with "The first step to work with me in depth is to join". but I am still seeing the issue on desktop. I also see a slight issue with the spacing between the text "You just need to be willing to say YES to your desire" and "This is "being ready"." on mobile. I have attached a screen shot labeled 'Desktop Screen Shot of gap and spacing issues (Live site)' and a screen shot of how it is appearing in edit mode (this is how I want it to appear live) labeled 'Desktop Screen Shot of Editor mode'. The only custom code that I know I am using is the hide header and the anchor tag. I checked for site-wide code injections and there are none. It seems that removing all of the FB pixel codes resolved most of the gap and formatting issues on mobile but not all and. not on desktop. Can anyone help me find the code that is causing my spacing issue? Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.
