Hey ! On my website (erwanlier.com) I have a gallery (work). Whenever someone hover on one of my project I run a code that hides the image and in the background, a gif is playing. So when someone hover, they have a gif playing. the code is written here: a.grid-item:hover img { visibility: hidden; } .grid-item[href="/home/dhi-2022"] { background-image: url("https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5eedccbef70ff2565afd836e/t/65002af157ba1551a0f27331/1694509815813/DHI-ezgif-compression-15-12fps.gif"); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; } I would like to change the gif to an mp4 file ... but it's not working when I upload the mp4 instead of the gif and replace the link. What code should I use? Thanks

Hello, Right now on my website (erwanlier.com), when you hover over my projects, a gif is playing. While the result is what I want, I think it's too heavy to load. Hey, I have an issue but I don't know if it's even possible to correct. On my website, on the homepage, when you scroll past my work, the animation to "slide" all the projects takes time to start. What I mean is not that the animation is slow, it's before the animation even starts, I have to scroll too much for my liking. Almost like I have to scroll until half of the section to let the animation begin. So the section looks empty at first. Is there any way to correct this behavior (except removing completely the animation of course). Thank you Erwan

Hey, On my website I have two buttons. When I switch to mobile view, they are disaligned (wich is normal because in desktop view on is justify left, the other right). I can't figure the code to make them aligned in mobile view. 2 bonus question: - what would be the code or atribute to make them full page widht in mobile view? - why the organisation is switching in mobile? Like my name was first, then text then button on desktop. But that's the opposite in mobile view ... How can I correct this? Thank you, Erwan

Hey, Is there any way to create a menu like the one you can see here : https://www.watchsome.it/#art-5 (New, show all ...). I don't want to use blog post + archive by category in a list I don't want to have it reload a new page (as I could just create link to another page) Thanks !

This is what it is doing ! I don't know if it can help, but the "random" menu could be non existant if it makes things much more easier, so it't split in half ! 2 menus left, 2 menus right !

Strange, the image is still there ... I had to adjust the "-2vh", and I tried top and bottom but there is still the problem, If I want it to be really close to the bottom, when I switch to mobile, it's cropped.

This is not working or I mis-explained what I would like. Right now on erwanlier.com/works when you over each image there is a zoom in effect. Here is the code that make it happen : /* Portfolio grid hover */ .grid-item:hover .grid-image{ opacity: 1 !important; transform: scale(1.1); transition: all 3s; } .grid-item { overflow: hidden !important; } But as soon as the mouse is out of the image it instantly goes to scale 1. I would like it to go back to scale 1 (from 1.1) as smooth as when I hover it. Thanks !
