Trying to clear cache setting to get on to Ezoic's adnetwork (required). But how!?

Hello, Has anyone here tried to get on Ezoic's adnetwork before with a SquareSpace website? This has been such a headache. Now they are asking for me to delete my cache settings/plugin to get it going. Any help greatly appreciated!

SS7.1 YouTube video not starting at correct timestamp

Also have this problem. Unable to get the YouTube video to ever embed at a specific timestamp. Instead it always starts at the beginning of the video. Please let me know if find a solution.
