Any way to get NAME with popup for newsletter signup?

I would like to create a popup to encourage visitors to subscribe to my newsletter. On my current newsletter signup page, I request First Name, Last Name, and Email. That way, when I send out a newsletter, I can personalize it (Dear "First Name"). I am told there is no way to request names with popups- is that correct? If so, any other suggestions for this? Thanks!

Howdy- I have a button on my home page that reads "SEE PHOTOS PLACED IN TUFTS EMERGENCY ROOM".... Is there any way to "force" a line break so that "SEE PHOTOS PLACE IN" is on first line and "TUFTS EMERGENCY ROOM" is on 2nd line. Currently, the break just depends on size of individual browser. Thank!

@tuanphan Thanks so much! That did work, so images now look correct on iPhone when holding it vertically. I'm wondering if there's a way to avoid the homepage images turning into very short heights when turning iPhone on its side (while also making sure they continue to look normal on iPad). Howdy- The images (slideshow) on my homepage look fine on desktop, but bad on mobile (iPhone- comes up as very long, narrow image). Is there code to basically make the image size "small" on mobile, while leaving it "large" on desktop? Thanks!
