handossary got a reaction from bangank36 in Blog Summary list as 2 columns
    Site URL: https://marlin-eagle-nny3.squarespace.com/
    Hello,
I wondered if someone knows a way I can make a blog summary list to show up as 2 columns? Please see screenshot attached of how I would ideally like it to look.
I found that the blog summary List is the only way I can have the text displayed beside the image rather than below (like in Grid). I've set it up temporarily so that each column would display a different tagged blogs (i.e i would tag them as left-column or right-column) but I already know that my client will find this confusing to have to do and may mess it up.
An alternative option would be to use the Grid design layout but use CSS to move the text beside the image but i'm not sure if this is possible.
    Thanks in advance!!

I'm afraid there are currently only workarounds.
    1. You can use an animated GIF as the background image
    2. You can use a video as the background image
    3. You can manually add text to each image before uploading and make a gallery (If you want the text to change for each photo.)
Would be nice to just have a Gallery option when changing the background, alongside Video and Image.

    Dear Squarespace team,
Full-width sliding images with the ability to place the same or different text and buttons on each image is absolutely a feature we need. I get this request on literally almost every site I build.
I believe it is a feature that would get used  millions of times over. I love what you have built and the more I get used to 7.1, I can see it's advantages. Adding this feature would make 7.1 an absolute no-brainer. Please acknowledge our collective desire to have this implemented as soon as possible.
Thank you for all you do!

@LoveMoves Here is HTML (Add to Footer)
    <div class="kl-float"> <a href="https://www.tsiapparel.com/uniform-enquiry"> <h9 style="color:white">REQUEST QUOTATION</h9> </a> </div>
and CSS (Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS)
    .kl-float { position: fixed; opacity: .9; top: calc(30%); right: 0; z-index: 20000; background-color: #f9674d; white-space: nowrap; text-align: center !important; border-radius: 0px; height: 28px; font-family: montserrat; font-weight: bold; font-size: 12px; padding-top: 10px; padding-right: 20px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 20px; -moz-transform: rotate(-90deg); -ms-transform: rotate(-90deg); -o-transform: rotate(-90deg); -webkit-transform: rotate(-90deg); transform-origin: bottom right; }
If it doesn't work, keep the code and post site url, i'll check.
