We even hired an Active Campaign expert and she tried for several weeks and it's still not working. I just made a 4 minute screen recording to explain what's going on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBfeuQRy0x0&feature=youtu.be I've been assuming all this time that something's wrong with the way it's set up in Active Campaign, but an AC person from Australia took a quick look and suggested it may be a problem on the SquareSpace side of things. In any case, we've been ready since before Christmas to launch our 12 week online course on mindfulness and the brain, and are just waiting for this sole piece to get fixed. If you have ANY idea how we might fix this it would be SO much appreciated. Very best, Don
