Since you guys are saying there's no way of natively integrating Squarespace with Xero, you might wanna consider going about doing this with a third-party tool. That's why a third-part service is the answer here and that's why I thought I'd jump in and say that you could totally achieve this with Integromat. A bit of context: Integromat is a no-code platform that lets you connect Squarespace to pretty much any other online service and automate all kinds of tasks, processes and workflows. Everything, of course, depends on your specific use cases and needs. To give you an idea of what the options of working with both of the services are, I'm gonna share the links to the pre-made Integromat integrations and their features. ➡️ Squarespace ➡️ Active Campaign Well and since I'm slightly OCD and therefore have the need to share all the relevant info there is 😅 I'm also gonna mention this pre-made template that might be helpful for you. It watches new orders in your store and automatically adds the customers as contacts to Active Campaign. I've discussed this with some folks over here at Integromat who are way more technical than I am and they confirmed that what @Avinis looking to do should in fact be achievable with the pre-made Squarespace modules. It would, however, be most helpful if we could get more details about the use case so that we can thoroughly investigate the possibilities and so that we can also point @Avinin the right direction here 😊 Oh and hi @bangank36! I checked with our Support team and was assured that there currently does not seem to be an issue with the Squarespace integration. I'm certain you've already tried creating a new connection. Don't worry, I'm not stepping in to give you the exact same answer, hahah 😅 I just thought I'd go ahead and share a link to Integromat's Squareaspace integration so that you can check out its features and functionality. Like mentioned above, if there is a pre-configured action/trigger missing, you can always go for the 'Make an API Call' option since it allows you to work with anything that's reachable within the Squarespace API 🙂 If you'd like to test Integromat out and see what the options are for yourself, you can sign up for a free account and start exploring the automation magic 🤓

Hey @ClinIQ_Health, thanks for sharing the scenario ID! We've looked into it and we see that you do, indeed, have 18 items in the Form Submission array. For situations like these, it's a good idea to learn the get(map(...)) functions. (the map(...) function turns a complex array to a simple array; the get(...) function returns the value path of an object) So, for instance, to get the Date of Departure from your form submissions, it would look like this: You can learn more about mapping in this help center article 🙂

I just saw this question, thought 'hey, that sounds familiar!' and decided to step in for a bit 😁 Sooo, if this is something you're still looking to do, it's totallly possible with Integromat. It's an automation platform that lets you connect Squarespace to almost any other online service and streamline your processes without writing any code. A while ago, we've actually put together a video tutorial on sending a copy of the completed form to the person who has submitted it so I thought I might as well share it with you guys ☺️

It's a no-code platform that lets you connect Squarespace to pretty much any other online service and automate all kinds of processes. I am mostly jumping in because we acutally created a video tutorial on doing exactly this (i.e. sending the copy of the form to the respondent). It's a no-code platform that lets you connect your Squarespace account to almost any other online service and automate all kinds of processes. You can check out the available features (triggers, actions and pre-made templates) of the Squarespace integration here. I see that there's currently no pre-configured module for working with Squarespace forms. There is, however, always the universal 'Make an API call' option that lets you work with anything that's included in Squarespace's API. - - - - - - - - Anyway, speaking of Squarespace-email automation, there's for example this template that sends out customized emails based on the product that the customer ordered. Just sharing this to give you a bit of an idea of what the possibilities are 🙂

Hi @iflosznik 🙂☀️ I realise this is an older post but I’m still gonna chime in as this might be helpful for someone in the future 🤓. You say you didn’t find the solution with Zapier which means you are not opposed to using third party services. I would suggest checking out Integromat. It’s a no-code integration platform just like Zapier but it’s way more powerful and affordable. There are off-the-shelf integrations for both Squarespace and HubSpot and there is actually a premade template that I believe solves this very problem. With this template, Integromat monitors new orders in Squarespace, checks if the customer exists in HubSpot and if not, the customer is added as a contact. Full disclosure: I work for Integromat but I truly believe this is a great solution 🙏
