@djw92 For form field, you can use text field instead of Name field. then, delete words in label and insert the words "Name" or any words you preferred in placeholder. U mean client's review? For review, use elfsight app freely.Go elfsight.com and sign up an account. Grab code of any app u want to integrate in ur website. Then using code block, u can add their app anywhere what u want. Visitor can add via correspondence platform. (I mean, if u add google review app, they can write from their google account).
