Hi CanadaSue, I'm trying to find out the same thing. This is an old post, but did you ever find out? Squarespace apparently recommends a couple of outside platforms that can do this.

Site URL: http://www.innermakeup.net Is there any way to identify which people on an email list aren't opening the emails and then delete them? I average about the same number of people who open the emails, but there are a bunch who have never opened them but who also don't unsubscribe. If somebody has received over a dozen emails and they don't open one, they probably never will and it would be better to remove them. Thanks! Best, Dan
