  1. Thanks. I think I will opt for the first solution and do an email list for each month. Members renew on a rolling basis, not all at once on the same date each year, unfortunately. I have used memberspace, but not membershipworks. I think both of these solutions look great would be overworking the solution for this small organization. Thank again for taking the time to help!
  2. Rebuilding a website for a small arts center. Is it possible to import a member database with membership expiration month either as "customers" or as "members"? Or even to input manually? This would be for the purposes of reminding them to renew their subscription every year. Some members are elderly and will not cope well with being prompted to make a new account.
  3. Is there a way to seamlessly allow a customer to get access to member area after purchasing a physical product? I would like customers who buy art supplies, but not the general public, to be able to see videos in a member area about using their purchase. Open to ideas.
