  1. It appears that the '%u' is not pointed correctly to the custom domain. At the moment %u is showing the squarespace.com address. Please see attached. Many thanks.
  2. Thank you very much Sadul. I have not set the custom domain as primary, and have done that just now. Not sure if a recent purchase of another domain under the same account triggered the issue. Have not made any changes to the DNS setting. Other than reconnecting to Google Search Console. The robots.txt was automatically updated and a statement was added at the bottom of the file by the system on February 1st, after changing the user and domain ownership among other settings (to have 2 domains under 2 separate accounts having 1 user each). As with many subscription services these days the initial setup require us to be very precise and rigid, otherwise there will be trouble later on as we grow and make changes.
  3. Dear all, Recently I made changes to Google Workspace and transferred Squarespace ownership between users. The robot.txt sitemap then updated itself to my squarespace site copper-terrier.squarespace.com, instead of the correct, custom domain www.ps-esports.com/sitemap.xml. My custom domain was working fine and showing up correctly on Google for years before this happened. Any ideas on how to remove the squqrespace domain in sitemap and robots.txt, so that my site appears correctly in Google search results? Or could this be due to another problem that I'm not aware of? Many thanks, Michael
  4. Dear all, Currently I am using a Business Starter plan that has a website and 2 google workspace users under it. A new domain name has been added recently through squarespace and I was hoping to transfer one of the workspace user to it, so that it goes from: - Website #1 / Domain 1 & Domain 2 / User 1 & User 2 to become - Website #1 / Domain 1 / User 1 + Website #2 / Domain 2 / User 2 Appreciate if fellow users could shed some light on how to do this. Many thanks in advance. Michael
  5. Appreciate if any fellow members can help and shed some light on this! Many thanks in advance.
  6. Site URL: https://www.ps-esports.com Dear all, For some reason, images from the Gallery Block are showing a squarespace-cdn.com link when mouse hover, instead of appearing from my domain name URL. The Image Blocks are not affected since there are no links appearing on mouse hover. Not sure if this has been the case from the beginning, or if a settings/engine update. E.g. https://www.ps-esports.com/articles/2022-the-65th-festival-of-sport-and-4th-motorsport-festival Can this be changed at all? and if so, how? Appreciate your help! Best regards, Michael
  7. Site URL: http://ps-esports.com Dear all, I recently updated my Google Admin and Google Search Console account. In Squarespace it required me to reconnect my analytics account, and then I also reconnected all the 'Connected Accounts' within Squarespace Settings. There exists a problem now where the 'Share' / 'Push to Google Search Console' button, for all my calendar events, is turned to 'Disabled'. Just wondering if there is a way to turn all of them back to ‘Enabled', without me having to update each and single calendar events. Appreciate your help.
  8. The Summary Block seemed to work, and would allow some extra options as well. Thanks again! The layout will be slightly different than the native Events page, but should not be a big problem as far as I can see.
  9. Thanks Tuanphan, for the suggestion. Will give it a try. On the other hand, I was trying to duplicate the events page in order to try playing with it, but for some reason there is not a 'Duplicate Page' option for events. Any ideas?
  10. Site URL: http://ps-esports.com Dear all, I have a calendar page that lists events that goes back to early 2021 and 2020. Just wondering if those past events can be repost/relist on another 'calendar' type page? At the moment the events are automatically deleted/filtered out after about 6 months. If possible, would be great if those events can be copied over as well instead of me typing them all over again! Many thanks, Michael
