  1. Did you get anywhere with this? This weekend I noticed we were having the same issue with both Firefox Mobile and Desktop as well as browsers that use the older Pre V60 Geko engine like Seamonky. It has worked fine in all those browsers before (other than some color quirks in older versions of Geko). Opera and Brave worked fine. This weekend it didn't work. Today it does. Maybe the bug was fixed? I had not noticed the issue before this weekend. This is the page with trouble. https://www.ashevillemusictools.com/products/adg-1
  2. Has anybody resolved this? I currently offer USPS Priority express for US, CA and EU as the only option. All my current products are over 1lb and a good fit for this. I wish to offer some smaller low cost items so wish to offer USPS First Class for all shipments <16Oz for US only. But that darn infinity symbol makes it impossible to make this work. For orders <1lb ideally they can still select USPS Priority at the higher rate, I just want to offer a default lower rate. I realize I could put the USPS Priority rate in for 1lb - infinity but then the customer would assume it was going first class and not Priority which is misleading and inaccurate. How do I set this up?
  3. I would like to schedule a release of more product to inventory at an exact time and date and not have to manually enter it at that exact time. I see I can mark an Inventory item as scheduled but it appears not the actual inventory? I want customers to be able to see the inventory item, and showing "sold out" before hand as it is a way for them to read about it and see pictures in advance. Is there a way I can make the inventory quantities additions go live at an exact time?
  4. Site URL: https://www.ashevillemusictools.com/ I am a single item company. We are selling out fast and I have a long wait list. I know no way to restock and then hold new inventory for those first on the wait list (if i am wrong tell me please). So my intention was to password protect the item so that users could still sign up for the wait list but I would point small batches of the wait list to a password protected page to order when I have more stock by e-mailing those on the list. I duplicated the product with a slightly altered name. I made a duplicate product page and password protected it. https://www.ashevillemusictools.com/adg1_waitlist This works EXCEPT they can still get to the /inventory page https://www.ashevillemusictools.com/inventory and from there they can click the new item (which currently shows no inventory) and order there. If I hide the inventory page then it breaks the other product page. How can I hide or password protect this one item? What am I doing wrong.
