Thank you for this response and API explanation. I was concerned that might be the case. It is frustrating that the Squarespace Profiles API has this limitation, which means I have to forgo using the Email Campaigns in Squarespace and pay for another service that can handle all our needs. I guess it's better to know about this limitation now before investing too much time or effort into building up contacts for a newsletter or membership updates. I'll file another feature request. I'm using Memberspace to mange our website memberships because Squarespace Members doesn't offer upgrade/downgrade of membership types (and some other limitations). When a new member subscribes to our site, Memberspace sends them an email. It's fairly basic HTML formatting, so I'd also like to add that new member to Squarespace Contacts and trigger a welcome email from our campaign templates. I can't find a way to connect and trigger this email. I tried using Zapier, but that didn't work. The Zapier/Squarespace triggers don't offer an Add Contact option. This seems to be a Squarespace limitation, since the only choice is a read-only form. If this can't be resolved, I'd like to at least be able to send a one-off email to this new member without creating a new email campaign. Any help for either of these solutions would be appreciated.
