  1. I amj ust running into this issue. I have a podcast for which the cover art is 1:1 and I am launching a YouTube channel for which the thumbnails are 16:9. It is incredibly mind boggling to me that I cannot set these two blogs to have Basic Grid layouts with different thumbnail sizes. Why are blog settings like this global when everything else in 7.1 has been converted to much more granular settings?
  2. Site URL: https://studiobuilder.co/ I am using Zapier RSS feeds to take my recent blog posts and automate posting them to my Social Media Channels. There's a ton of information in the feed, but one thing that is missing is the URL to the Social Sharing Image. The RSS feed contains the URL to the Thumbnail Image for the blog post in Options, but not the social sharing image under each post's SEO settings. This forces the posts to use the thumbnail image and that doesn't display well on Facebook or LinkedIn if the images are different shapes.
  3. I am building a site for a new podcast and chose a "starting point template" I thought looked great, but now I'm having issues with it that I've never experienced on 7.1 before. When I try to create a new page and select a page template, it is not using the default White Minimal section theme. Instead, it is using "Black Minimal" and I can't even understand what a page template looks like. When the page is created, all the sections use the "Black Minimal" section theme. I cannot seem to find a way to select a default section theme, which is something I could have sworn was in 7.1, but maybe I'm mistaken. Either way, I do not understand why it would default to "Black Minimal" and not let me change this. IT IS INFURIATING! In order to get rid of this, I would have to create a new site and start from scratch, which I'm almost ready to do at this point, otherwise I'm going to start punching my couch pillows in rage. Any help on this would be appreciated. I'm hoping to get this podcast launched next week. Kevin
  4. SQS 7.1 has a number of solid page templates, but I often create pages in a specific layout with sections and copy according to different needs, such as a lead page with PASTOR copy or photography portfolio galleries. I would love to be able to save a layout and reuse it across the site, and even across multiple sites. "Duplicate Page" is an okay workaround, but being able to create and save a landing page template would save me and many other designers HOURS of work. Or, please just create some lead page templates and add them to the page templates when creating a new page.
  5. Thanks! Worked for me. I was going crazy. That is just a stupid CSS decision.
