Is it possible to edit this code so it works the same just for desktop pages, but not mobile? It works for my desktop page, but on mobile it makes all the drop down navigation options visible at once (see pic)

Hi, Is it possible to have variants show up only when applicable? For example, Customer One is purchasing a 8x10 print and does not want it framed. Customer 2 is getting the print with a frame. Can the page look different for customer one (no frame options visible), vs customer 2 page which shows the print and all frame options after they've opted in to a frame?
