  1. Site URL: https://www.brandedbullinc.com Hola I am trying to make all of the elements on my lock screen gradient (including "An all-new site is coming soon," the Password input border, and "Password" text). Is this possible? Thank you!
  2. Hi @tazmeah, The site isn't live yet. It's still being built out. Sorry about that. To further explain, the code I had provided in my original post allows me to use a gradient background image and clip it to fit the two text blocks I have on a test page. As a result the gradient is different for each of the two text blocks. I would like both text blocks to have the same gradient from start to finish. Is this possible? Thanks!
  3. Site URL: https://tulip-lemon-r3lh.squarespace.com Hi there, I am wondering if there's a way through CSS or HTML to have the gradient start and finish with the placement of text instead of spanning the width of the site. Therefore, for example, my left-aligned text uses one part of the gradient and the right-aligned text uses a different part of the site-wide background gradient. I'd like both text blocks to be identical in terms of starting gradient color and ending gradient color. Thank you! h2{ background-image:linear-gradient(to left, #f15922, #f4c339) !important; -webkit-background-clip: text; color:rgba(0,0,0,0) !important; }
  4. Hi @tuanphan I removed the code from my site in favor of something else. I think I will be adding it back in though for a different site. If so I will bug you for your help. Thank you for now!
  5. This is great and it centered the content. Thank you! I have a follow-up question now... the HTML/Code block is quite far down the page. Is there some CSS that will help me bring the block to the top the section? Thanks again.
  6. Site URL: https://www.takebackyourcareerpodcast.com/coaching Hi there, I am attempting to build a basic storefront on my site. I've inserted an HTML code block and have the following code inserted. The page looks the way I want and functions properly. The only problem is that the block doesn't center with the page. I am having issues with the bootstrap aspect and am unsure what to do to center the column on my page. The entire HTML block is off to the right-hand side of the page instead of being centered. I'd like to be able to add more columns/div sections and ensure they're always centered. Pic attached for reference. 7. Are you asking for the file itself? It would be the Google Podcast icon. Attached for reference. Thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://www.takebackyourcareerpodcast.com Hola, The 3rd link in my social links in the footer is the chain or link icon because Squarespace doesn't recognize the URL. Is there a way to use CSS to change this icon manually? Thank you Password: boots135
  9. Great point! I had stripped out the individual episodes but think adding it back in makes sense for the reasons you mentioned. Thank you very much for your other thoughts. I appreciate it very much!
  10. I ended up switching the background on the lower section to be an all-white background with the upper section having white clouds at the bottom (making it appear seamless). So I think I am OK for now but will poke you if I do need more help with something like this in the future 🙂 Thanks, @tuanphan!
  11. Thanks, Kim! I appreciate the feedback. It was definitely not intentional. I'll get some wrap in to make sure it stays on one line. Thank you for the kind comments!
  12. Site URL: http://www.takebackyourcareerpodcast.com Hello, When observing my website on my iMac the background images line up as shown in the first attached picture. The problem is that if I begin to shrink the screen to mimic a smaller-resolution screen (but not mobile) the first background image and background image below it (behind the Listen On podcast buttons) begins to misalign. I am wondering how I might fix this so that the two background images always remain in alignment. The code I am using for each background image is the same (with a different image URL): //Home Page - Header Background// [data-section-id="5f728df4a2487d69f23c6e91"] .section-background img { visibility: hidden; } /* set new image */ [data-section-id="5f728df4a2487d69f23c6e91"] .section-background { background-image: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5f69447dc6605c1f7a7ec913/t/5fa9da9f34227d39e14408de/1604967071475/Home+Page+-+Header+Background+2.png); background-size: cover; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center center; } //Home Page - Listen On Background// [data-section-id="5fa9ca76099a931d362aabbf"] .section-background img { visibility: hidden; } /* set new image */ [data-section-id="5fa9ca76099a931d362aabbf"] .section-background { background-image: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5f69447dc6605c1f7a7ec913/t/5fa9da964f8f02449a094548/1604967062656/Home+Page+-+Listen+On+Background.png); background-size: cover; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center center; } Thank you!
  13. Site URL: http://www.takebackyourcareerpodcast.com Hi all, I am launching an all-new podcast in the coming weeks. I've been helped with plenty of custom CSS from members of this community and now I'd like to get general feedback on the site before it launches. If you see a design issue or have any other general thoughts or opinions please do not hesitate to share. I am open to all feedback. Thank you very much! Adam password: boots135 Note: on mobile the header or hero image and background behind "listen on" buttons have a colored box around them which is to be removed once I update the file.
  14. I was able to figure it out with this code: .icon[aria-label="URL"] svg { visibility:hidden; } .icon[aria-label="URL"] { background-image: url(image.png); background-size: cover; background-repeat: no-repeat; transform:scale(1); }
  15. Site URL: http://www.takebackyourcareerpodcast.com Hi there, I am trying to increase the height of my footer in mobile only so that a floating web player script does not block the footer section. Is this possible? password: boots135 Thank you
