  1. Hello, I have Printful set up and connected to my store. I sell beer made by us and held in our warehouse and merch from Printful sent on demand direct to the customer. I would like to make the most of their automation but the issue is when a customer chooses click & collect, the orders will not import because there is not an address passed through, I've had this confirmed on a Printful support chat. Currently when people order a mix of beer & merch, the majority choose click and collect, so I only get one fulfilment charge from Printful and I get that order shipped to our brewery by adding the order manually, and I then do not have a second shipping charge from my courier as the customer collects. The solution from Printful after a technical support chat, in order for orders to import manually, is to create a custom profile which does not offer click and collect, and the customer then has to choose delivery to their house, therefore incurring the £4.99 charge. Many of our customers are local to us so click & collect is important as it is free for them. I fear this will not only put them off ordering, but also what happens if they order a mix of beer and merch, I now definitely get two shipping charges. My question is, is there a way to pass through our address to Printful, attaching our venue address through the pickup setting option in the admin panel. If I pass the address through, surely my orders will import. Many Thanks
  2. Hey @paul2009did the example I provided help at all, do you think this is something Squarespace can handle?
  3. Yes no worries, and thanks for the quick reply. Use www.vocationbrewery.com as an example. On that website, if you add products to your basket and enter a HX postcode (try HX3 6AQ) and your order is over £40 you are offered a free local delivery option, as per the image below
  4. Hello, this is a very UK centric post, but I would like to create a shipping option for local customers that only shows for people who enter a UK postcode that is within the scope of the offer. At the moment all I can find is to limit it to a country, which is the United Kingdom, it's incredibly broad and not fit for this requirement. I'm happy to install a plug in or open to custom code quotes as this will be driver as to whether we actually stay with Squarespace or move to Shopify which I know have a plug in for this Thanks, Rich
