    Hi All

    iOS creating its own styling by rounding the corner of my lightbox form submit button.

    I've looked at a couple other forum posts but no luck with their solutions, or the replies are unclear on where the coding should go.

    Please can anyone help on the code to stop this re-styling.

    I just want the button to have 0 radius like the desktop site.

    Thanks

  2. Thanks for your help, Paul.

    My main issue here is that it is causing some issues, as some people must be finding the cart page as my Google Analytics account is tracking traffic to the cart page for several of the sites mentioned above.

    My own IP is excluded from all of my GA tracking so I know it's not myself creating any traffic data.

    Thanks

    Just set up a new website to start building it out (still in trial state)

    But the entire window is all blurred out. I literally can't even access settings or anything to make any changes.

    Anybody know why this is happening? Super frustrating as I'm trying to make a start on a site I need to get online ASAP.

    This is the same regardless of browser. Tried all the usual of logging out and back in. Deleted the site, started again and picked a different template. All blurred out.

    All of my other websites are totally fine if I enter those from the same menu.

    Thanks in advance.

    Morning All

    So I've noticed something within the past week for an issue, that as far as I've checked, is active with EVERY website created by Squarespace - this being that every website has an active cart page, even if you've never physically enabled it and it remains disabled all the time. No page within the Pages section, and disabled within the header edit section.

    I have several website that have never used a cart but the page is active.

    www.richardgreencreative.com/cart

    www.animamusicuk.com/cart

    www.greenconltd.com/cart

    This is pretty frustrating as it's affecting SEO and website ranking in terms of bounce rate etc.

    What's more confusing is that my Google Analytics for my website (www.richardgreencreative.com) is showing data that website visitors are somehow visiting the direct cart URL?!

    My question firstly, is how? How are visitors even getting to this cart when I've never had it active and currently has no way of getting to it via anywhere on my site.

    Secondly, and most importantly, WHY is is this something that's an issue with every active squarespace website?

    Please can admin provide some insight into this and provide a fix to this.

    Having this affect website quality by something that I can't seem to deactivate/disable is a little frustrating.

    Thanks in advance.

  5. This code also seems to be using the loading screen on every page.

    I only want it to show up when customers first come to the website on the home page; is this possible please?

    CODE IN USE:

    Quote

    <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.2.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
    <div class="logoload"></div>
    <style>
    .logoload {
      /* SET BACKGROUND COLOR */
      background-color: #000000;
      /* SET BACKGROUND SIZE */
      background-size: 300px;
      position: fixed;
      left: 0px;
      top: 0px;
      width: 100%;
      height: 100%;
      z-index: 9999;
      background-position: center;
      background-repeat: no-repeat;
      background-image: url("https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6156ea185058352451e13c7b/t/61672c1b40cdc577d7e3951f/1634151451330/whiteSaladishy.png");
    }
    </style>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(window).load(function() {
        $(".logoload").delay(2000) .fadeOut(2000);
    })
    </script>

  6. 1st Image: I want to target this line of text but can't figure out the code to customise it...

    2nd Image: the code for targeting the header was h1#sqs-slash-page-header - looking at the code around the subtitle, I've tried targeting from the inspect code available. but with no success.

    How am I meant to target this line?

    3rd Image: You can see on the left, the image in situ on the site, it has a background overlay which is making the image dull. On the right is the original image. Squarespace must automatically be placing an overlay on the image.

    Can't believe SS still don't have this sorted out within the style menu - made worse by the fact you can't both view your lock screen design AND input the code injection at the same time, so it's a tonne of back and forth to adjust.

    Thanks

  7. Looks like it might be a Chrome issue. Just tried on another browser and it's not there.

    Current homepage isn't staying, but the logo scroll plugin half way down seems to be causing some width issue. Not sure how to resolve that one...

    It's a code block using and elfsight plugin. Soon as the plugin is enabled, the site width changes and the logo block is misaligned.

    Hi All

    Just looking for some help with mobile specific code please.

    Website: www.greenconltd.com

    I have an index page being used as a home page using projects to categorise sectors of a business. It displays as required on desktop but there's a bit too much dead space on mobile devices.

    Ideally, I'd like for the index pages to display below one another as they currently are, but so that they're both visible on screen as you visit the website - either by scaling or reducing the padding

    I've tried targeting the blocks but I'm not having much luck in achieving the desired results at the moment.

    Any help appreciated.
