  1. Site URL: https://travlux.co.uk/ Hey All Looking for some help on a multi-row header in 7.1 Currently using an announcement bar but don't want to do this long term as I'd ideally like to have a line of text aligned left and another line aligned right. Any way of coding this with similar appearance as it is now. Thanks
  2. Hi @tuanphan Thanks for this - unfortunately, it still doesn't seem to be working. On my home page, if you scroll down to the 'Request Pricing Guide' section. If you click that button to open the lightbox form on iphone, the submit button still has rounded corners. Thanks
  3. Site URL: https://www.meadowweddingfilms.com/ Hi All iOS creating its own styling by rounding the corner of my lightbox form submit button. I've looked at a couple other forum posts but no luck with their solutions, or the replies are unclear on where the coding should go. Please can anyone help on the code to stop this re-styling. I just want the button to have 0 radius like the desktop site. Thanks
  4. Thanks for your help, Paul. My main issue here is that it is causing some issues, as some people must be finding the cart page as my Google Analytics account is tracking traffic to the cart page for several of the sites mentioned above. My own IP is excluded from all of my GA tracking so I know it's not myself creating any traffic data. Thanks
  5. Site URL: http://lychee-viola-7m4k.squarespace.com Just set up a new website to start building it out (still in trial state) But the entire window is all blurred out. I literally can't even access settings or anything to make any changes. Anybody know why this is happening? Super frustrating as I'm trying to make a start on a site I need to get online ASAP. This is the same regardless of browser. Tried all the usual of logging out and back in. Deleted the site, started again and picked a different template. All blurred out. All of my other websites are totally fine if I enter those from the same menu. Thanks in advance.
  6. Site URL: http://richardgreencreative.com/cart Morning All So I've noticed something within the past week for an issue, that as far as I've checked, is active with EVERY website created by Squarespace - this being that every website has an active cart page, even if you've never physically enabled it and it remains disabled all the time. No page within the Pages section, and disabled within the header edit section. I have several website that have never used a cart but the page is active. www.richardgreencreative.com/cart www.animamusicuk.com/cart www.greenconltd.com/cart This is pretty frustrating as it's affecting SEO and website ranking in terms of bounce rate etc. What's more confusing is that my Google Analytics for my website (www.richardgreencreative.com) is showing data that website visitors are somehow visiting the direct cart URL?! My question firstly, is how? How are visitors even getting to this cart when I've never had it active and currently has no way of getting to it via anywhere on my site. Secondly, and most importantly, WHY is is this something that's an issue with every active squarespace website? Please can admin provide some insight into this and provide a fix to this. Having this affect website quality by something that I can't seem to deactivate/disable is a little frustrating. Thanks in advance.
  7. This code also seems to be using the loading screen on every page. I only want it to show up when customers first come to the website on the home page; is this possible please? CODE IN USE:
  8. Site URL: http://www.saladishy.squarespace.com Hi Guys! @tuanphan I found your code online for loading page image which is working great - THANK YOU! Is there anyway I can have it so that the screen is black at first, the logo fades in, and then fades out as currently is? Appreciate any help. Thanks
  9. 1st Image: I want to target this line of text but can't figure out the code to customise it... 2nd Image: the code for targeting the header was h1#sqs-slash-page-header - looking at the code around the subtitle, I've tried targeting from the inspect code available. but with no success. How am I meant to target this line? 3rd Image: You can see on the left, the image in situ on the site, it has a background overlay which is making the image dull. On the right is the original image. Squarespace must automatically be placing an overlay on the image. Can't believe SS still don't have this sorted out within the style menu - made worse by the fact you can't both view your lock screen design AND input the code injection at the same time, so it's a tonne of back and forth to adjust. Thanks
  10. Thanks @bangank36 I seem to have been able to resolve the body font of the title there but the other linked post still doesn't unfortunately help with coding to target the subtitle part of the design or automatic image background overlay that's present. thanks
  11. Hi @bangank36 Thanks for your reply. PW (case-sensitive): #Done2020! Thanks
  12. Site URL: http://www.travlux.co.uk Hi All Has anyone successfully customised the Lock Screen in 7.1 to change fonts, sizes, colours, background overlay colour etc? Tried adding some code with CSS and Code Injection but having no luck. A little frustrating that this isn't just a standard feature Thanks
  13. Hi @tuanphan I've not yet resolved it but it does seem to change from browser to browser and on different computers. Thank you for the code to fix the white space on the right. I think this is being caused by the logo carousel part way down. Thanks
  14. Looks like it might be a Chrome issue. Just tried on another browser and it's not there. Current homepage isn't staying, but the logo scroll plugin half way down seems to be causing some width issue. Not sure how to resolve that one... It's a code block using and elfsight plugin. Soon as the plugin is enabled, the site width changes and the logo block is misaligned.
  15. Site URL: http://www.travlux.co.uk Hi All Just a general housekeeping query, but I have some white space under my footer site-wide. It's pretty annoying and I can't get rid... any ideas? Thanks in advance
  16. Hi @tuanphan I've just replaced the images so that there's less space around the logos within the image file itself. Does this look sufficient now to work with? Thanks as always!
  17. Morning @tuanphan URL: www.richardgreencreative.com/wedding-films I have already replaced the logo but it's proportionally smaller than my other logo across the remainder of the site. Thanks
  18. How's best to go about adding the two images for mobile in this scenario? The current images displayed are through the index page setting in the Media Banner/Thumbnail? Am I best uploading the images I want for mobile in the custom files area and providing the links to the image. Thanks as always for your help
  19. Is there also a way to resize the image container when replacing the logo so that proportionally it can match any other nav logos cross-site? Thanks
  20. Hi @tuanphan I know that this from a while ago but just picking it back up again. If possible, I'd like to use different images on mobile so that the dead space is reduced. and, 2. make it so that they both display side-by-side on tablet as they do on desktop. Is that possible please? Thanks
  21. Hi! Screenshot from mobile attached. I'd like to reduce the top and bottom padding for both images please Thanks
  22. Site URL: https://www.greenconltd.com Hi All Just looking for some help with mobile specific code please. Website: www.greenconltd.com I have an index page being used as a home page using projects to categorise sectors of a business. It displays as required on desktop but there's a bit too much dead space on mobile devices. Ideally, I'd like for the index pages to display below one another as they currently are, but so that they're both visible on screen as you visit the website - either by scaling or reducing the padding I've tried targeting the blocks but I'm not having much luck in achieving the desired results at the moment. Any help appreciated.
