I could not agree more. The liquid interface and other "enhancements" that have been made are entirely wish list items. Recurring events are the bedrock of most calendar oriented websites.

I haven't done this but could you use Eventbrite's recurring feature and embed it into the website?

Agree it is very frustrating being boy able to create recurring event. It is such a basic scheduling feature.

SOOOOO Frustrating not to be able to put the repeating weekly schedule on the calendar without duplicating EACH item and then editing it for the next week. Come on folks.
