Payment Test Mode

Site URL: https://lytehorse.com/pre-order Hi there! We've activated payment test mode and someone placed an order. Instead of issuing a refund/cancelling the order, can we approve this transaction? Status is pending but we noticed there's a 'mark fulfilled' option. Should we choose this, the sale will go through right? Or we really need to cancel/issue a refund and ask the customer to order again? Thanks in advance!
