How to turn a link into a button on the banner

Site URL: https://starkeycreative.com I want to turn the 'Let's Talk' link on my homepage banner into a button with a pop up form, but can't figure out the CSS to do this. Can anyone quickly help? My site is Starkey Creative Second best would be to turn the 'Let's Talk' into a button linking to the contact page. I've researched many online tips but can't find an answer. My template is Five.
