I would like to add an 'add on' subscription service to my checkout page. According to Squarespace support, they don't have this capability. Does anyone have any suggestions to add code to accomplish this? For example, the initial subscription is $70/year but we would like to offer an option to also add another subscription for personalized plan at an additional $290/year.
Also, I would really like to take the discount code option from this page.

When a paid member has an annual renewal due, does Squarespace send an email reminder automatically? What happens in the case that a paid member does not renew their membership? Do they get any automated email, do I get an automated email letting me know that the member was not renewed? Is there any notification sent to me and the member in the case that their credit card is expired or no longer valide?
