Changing the colour of error messages on forms

@tuanphan This worked perfectly for the error blocks but not the error text on it's own, any idea how to fix that too?

I want to add a gift wrap option at check out AND have it charge an additional $5 on top of the total. I know how to add a custom form asking about gift wrap but cant find a work around to add the extra $5. Thoughts?
