Embed Code Only Works on Refresh?

Hi there, The correct appearance for an embed code block in our website only displays on refresh. While disabling Ajax loading is listed as a fix for 7.0, I can't see a fix for 7.1. Can you assist? Many thanks..

Remove "Shopping Cart" Heading on Checkout Page
