I'm facing the same issue: The social media icons disappear as soon as I leave the editing mode.
Tried different browsers with and without adblocker - no difference.

To make this adjustment, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Cookie Manager tab in your CookieYes dashboard.
2. Under Cookie List, find the Squarespace cookies "ss_cvr" and "ss_cvt".
3. Click on the edit cookie icon next to each cookie.
4. In the pop-up, select "Necessary" from the Category dropdown.
5. Click "Submit" to save the changes.

I noticed that without cookie constent, my videos will not be diesplayed. This makes sense for third party videos like from youtube. But how come the uploaded videos disappear when not accepting cookies?

Moving the Squarespace cookies, specifically "ss_cvr" and "ss_cvt", from the Analytics category to the Necessary category solved the issue.

I wonder if there's a way to make the image proportions when "sticking" to one side of the screen responsive to big screens? The images look nice on small screens but get too long and flat on big screens. Is it possible to make them not stick to one side for bigger screens?

Hi everyone,

I am currently building my website and I have trouble hiding the folders of the navigation bar from google search (see screenshot). I managed to hide single pages via the SEO options but there's no option to hide the "title"/"main catagories" from the nav bar.
Is there an easy way to hide all pages but the coverpage from google search until I'm ready to launch the website?

I would like the vertical line to have the same height like the nav links on the right. The number of sub categories changes so should the line height.

Unfortunately, as soon as I change the height from "pt" to "%" the line disappears.

Is there a way to adjust the mega menu according to the design in the screenshots?
I'm using this mega menu plugin:

1. I would like to add  symbols (individual slashs and arrows)  for active nav links to highlight them.
    
2. How can I make sure the active nav link remain bold while the mega menu is open?
    
3. Also I would like to move the nav links further down closer to the line (without reducing the header height)
    
4. How can I change the background opacity of the header and the mega menu to 90% white?
    
5. How can I make sure the mega menu appears simultanelously with the background color of the header. At the moment the mega menu lags behind.

The bold for active nav links is already adjusted by CSS. The problem is that the nav links start to "jump" because they need more space when activated. How can I prevent this?

Also, I noticed the headers in the menu move as soon as the font turns to "bold" when selected (because the box gets bigger). Is there a way to prevent this?

I would like to have a different banner picture on my coverpage for mobile 

I tried this code:

Unfortunately, the first section (desktop banner) is still shown on mobile - why?

Also, I want both buttons to be black in the mobile version and to reduce the distance in between them (to make the upper button going further down so it won't touch the house) and to make the line under the logo visible like in the desktop version.

And I wonder why there seems to be a shadow box around the logo on mobile view 🤔
