How do I change the browser tab name from Blog 2 to Term 1?

What about when "Blog 2" is showing up after clicking a link that sorts? Page - https://www.tlcollab.org/resources-health-and-wellness Clicking any of the "age" links (sorted by tag and category) opens a new page called "Blog 2". Example link: https://tlcollab.org/resource-database?category=Health and Wellness&tag=Ages 4-8

@SquareKicker This looks cool, thank you for sharing! I tried the code and it definitely worked, however it's not responsive. Probably something I'm breaking on my end haha (like setting the exact width and height - I tried percentage but that didn't work)
