Hi all
I am trying to add a cookie banner to my clients website. However, all I can get is a nasty white box which doesn't use my fonts or other formatting. I have spoken to support and they tell me the inly option is to use code. I have no experience of that and am not confident enough to try. 
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it?
