Where do you control donation confirmation traget email?

The thank you is part of setting up the item for sale. Somewhere in the pop up box is an option to customize it. -
I have a non-profit site. With each donation, I get an email to my account as a notification. I want that email to go to a different address but I can't find where to change it. It must be so simple, but I'm stumped.
