I was playing with the idea of creating a store in my Squarespace site primarily for selling "service" products -- mostly online live webinars (Zooms) that I would sell tickets to.
When it came time for me to pick the business site payment option that made sense, I wasn't sure which subscription plan to chose because I wasn't sure if "service" products were included in the 9% transaction fees for courses, memberships and video sales, or if this particular type of transaction fell under 'transaction fees for product sales' - which is either at 3% or 0% depending on my plan.
Another question: How does anyone buying my 'service product' get the information/the Zoom link for the webinar automatically sent to them after they buy their ticket? I didn't see an element for that information when I was building the product. Is that something I'd have to individually and manually send to everyone who signed up/bought a ticket?
