How can I generate complete invoices for members?

Hi there!
One of my customers has requested a complete invoice that includes taxes and their physical address.
Unfortunately, Squarespace support has informed me that it's not possible to require new clients to provide their physical address, nor can I correct the existing invoice.
Do you have any suggestions on how to manage this issue? I'm concerned about being flooded with similar requests.
