  1. Site URL: https://www.nationalinnovationgames.com/ Perhaps I'm doing something obviously wrong, but when I'm using png images they do not resize at all when viewing them on the live site. The preview shows them as fitting ok, but when I publish I only see the corner or part of the image, as if the entire thing has remained it's original size and exists 'off screen'. And by size I don't mean MBs, it's the dimensions that don't adjust to fix the box or the page. I've managed to get a couple to work by playing with the 'Design' of the image (specifically the 'Stack' option) but when I want to use a gallery then I don't have any other options. Surely I don't have change the dimensions of every png to fit? Isn't that the point of Squarespace and using spacers to help resize images?? Any thoughts on what might be going wrong here?
  2. Sorry for the delay in replying - it's now been fixed, I think they just deleted the image boxes and added new versions and that did the trick. Thanks for the reply.
  3. Hi there - I've recently assumed control of an existing website. First call was to replace an incorrect logo (which was PNG, wouldn't resize when live, fixed now, different story) and now that it's been replaced I get this weird blank space under the images: The logos are just out of shot at the top of the image, and each of the three spaces links to the website included under the logo so it's like the space is within the image box. I haven't touched the formatting of any of the images and don't think it the space was there before I touched it. I haven't used SquareSpace before and I'm waiting to get some training... any help in the meantime would be appreciated!
