I am struggling to find a way to integrate Trustpilot product review requests into customer orders and have been advised by the technical team to reach out here with this question. We would like to follow up orders with a request to review the products purchased but there is no BCC option to have a copy of the email sent to Trustpilot so they can do their thing, and send out the request. Help is appreciated! Thank you in advance! Valerie
Is there a way to edit the source code of the email that's being sent out to a customer in any of your templates?
If so, is there a way to dynamically populate structured data with customer information from within the source code?
Is there a BCC functionality in any of your templates?
