Change font size for mobile custom h3?

I tried a media query but it's not working. Does it have something to do with the fact that I'm using an alternate h3? -
Site URL: https://www.meetoffsite.com/home I created a third font to use on my site by using css to alter the h3 font. This looks great on desktop but I can't figure out how to change it on mobile. It looks huge on mobile and I need to reduce it on mobile. Below is the css I used for the new h3 style: //h3 font change// h3 { font-family: roboto; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.8em; font-size: 14px; text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: .2em; } How can I reduce the new h3 header on mobile sitewide?
