AntoineArt, I had the same thing recently happen to me. At first I had a status code 500 error, then a similar error to yours. After three support people (two via email, once via chat) tried to help with no success, the request was escalated. Here was their answer: "I work with the Product Support team, and I work closely with our engineers here at Squarespace. Thanks for your patience while I looked over your case. I’ve done a bit of testing and investigating on your site (redacted) and I can confirm that this is due to an issue with certain blog posts becoming malformed due to a conflict in the image used as the post's thumbnail. We've observed this issue to be related to post duplication, and in some cases it occurs if an image is replaced with the same image later on. We've opened a ticket with our engineering team for a fix to be implemented. In the meantime the best way to work around this is to recreate the post, without duplicating an existing post, where you shouldn't run into trouble with uploading the correct image Our Engineering teams are investigating this issue and we hope to have this resolved as quickly as possible. There are usually many moving parts and variables involved when determining a solution, so currently there is no estimated timeline to provide at this time. Additionally, due to the volume of cases we receive, we may not be able to follow up directly when the issue is resolved.". Redoing the post is swell, if you have not spent 90 minutes entering tags, images, and text the first time. Plus it took six days for the above answer to arrive. I spent more time contacting tech support to not arrive at an actual solution to fix the post that was done, except for the thumbnail image.
